The Tour Includes

Important

  • The Xenses park is open from Monday to Saturday with admission hours depending on your type of ticket.
    Without transportation. You can enter between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The departure time will depend on the time of arrival at the Park (the approximate duration of the tour is five hours).
  • With transportation. MORNING: entrance from 8:30 a.m. at 10:00 a.m. / Departure between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. AFTERNOON: 1:00 p.m. entry at 2:00 p.m. / Departure between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
  • It lasts approximately 5 h.
  • Visitors with a disability must always be accompanied by a family member or friend who assists them at all times.
  • Activities not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia or who are easily dizzy, who have had recent surgery, back pain or weighing more than 136 kg, nor for pregnant women.
  • For Ziplines the minimum height required is 1.40m. and the minimum required weight is 40 kg.
  • The recommended minimum age is 5 years.
  • Children from 5 to 11 years old pay half of the adult ticket. It is essential that they present official identification at the Park ticket offices. In case of not doing so, the minor rate will be applied to those who measure between 1 m and 1.40 in height.
  • The activities of Toboggan and Bird Flight include aquatic areas with a depth between 1.10 m and 1.30 m deep. It is recommended that in these activities children under 1.30 m tall who cannot swim, be accompanied by their parents.
  • The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children from the age of five, as long as the harness adjusts them correctly.
  • Bookings canceled more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses; and less than 2 days before the arrival date, or in case of not arriving, they will not be refundable.
